If you have a heart for missions – specifically to feed the hungry of the world – come join Gleanings For The Hungry as a Mission Builder. Mission Builders are volunteers who serve anywhere from 2 weeks to three months.

Week-long teams are also welcome, whether you are a church group, a home school family, or just a group of friends who want to volunteer. Gleanings For The Hungry is the perfect place to serve for a short time, yet make a lasting impact.

[s2If current_user_can(access_s2member_level1)] Volunteers work 5 days a week. Room and board is provided for a donation. Beginning in January, Gleanings blend and package soup mix. Thousands of pounds of dehydrated vegetables and spices are donated and volunteers help  blend and package it to produce a healthy, nutritious soup. Construction, maintenance, and renovations to our facilities are also carried out during the soup season.[/s2If]
