Palmar Beach Lodge is a beachfront eco-lodge with a bar, restaurant, and yoga shala in Bocas del Toro, Panama. The property is positioned between the rainforest and the clear, warm waters of the famous Red Frog Beach.

About the work exchange program

Palmar Beach Lodge has several types of work exchange positions currently: general staff, work exchange coordinator, yoga teacher, surf instructor and massage therapist.

Work exchangers are expected to be available 25 hours weekly approximately in exchange for daily breakfast and accommodation, also they’ll receive discount on food and drinks served at the lodge.

Free yoga, free transport to and from town, use of kitchen and common spaces are also part of the advantages you will get here.

Your responsibilities as a staff member

• leading group activities (hikes, gaes, bonfire, movie nights, etc..)
• intercting with guests
• helping with guest check-ins

Exeptional social skills and customer service are required. Your accomodation will be in a four person dorm with shared bathroom. Yoga teachers, surf instructors and massage therapists there is a commission-based revenue share on top of the benefits offered to work exchangers.

Minimum stay required

• for general staff members: 1 month
• for work exchange coordinators: 2 months
