Eco-resort work exchange program in Costa Rica

With 12 rooms and a capacity for 32 guests, this intimate beachfront eco-resort offers the ultimate sanctuary if you’re seeking solace from the hectic world. Nestled off-the-beaten-path in the virgin Costa Rican rainforest of the Southern Osa Peninsula, guests have an endless selection of quiet places to meditate and reflect.

Being a volunteer gives you an opportunity to come and experience Blue Osa in a very unique way. You become an intrinsic part of the community and the special way of life at Blue Osa Beach Resort.

In yogic philosophy, being a volunteer, or offering service, is one of the highest forms of yoga practice. The Sanskrit word for volunteering is “seva”. Seva basically means to offer service and to do so mindfully with non-attachment.

In deep gratitude for offering seva to Blue Osa and our community, you will be provided:

• Upon your arrival and departure, ground transportation to and from Puerto Jimenez.
• 3 healthy delicious meals daily.
• Private accommodations in the staff quarters.
• Yoga classes when offered.
• In some cases, eco-tours will be provided in exchange for a blog post about the excursion.

Current volunteer positions are: experienced content creator, Spa therapist, chef, photographer, videographer/editor, kitchen helper, gardener
