Leprechaun Lane Training Center is a private, professional Eventing farm located in North Central Florida just 8 miles from the University of Florida. The center has a covered arena, derby field, dressage court, planned cross country schooling, and many more ammenities.. It’s driven by a focus on putting the needs and care of the horse first. They create individualized programs for riders and horses to help each on reach their full potential and find their true niche in life.

About the work exchange program

Leprechaun Lane Training Center has immediate opening for Full-Time Working Students. At this time they are only accepting students who are driven to perform at the upper echelon of Eventing. While you are not required to have a high level of experience in Eventing, you must demonstrate a knowledge of the sport and the deepest desire to learn and grow. Leprechaun Lane Training Center is an “old school” training center with high demands and expectations. They use classical methods of training, which take more time and give you longevity in the end.

Full-Time Compensation includes, but is not limited to

• Room and Basic Board for Student and Horse (or full lease of farm horse)
• minimum of 3 Lessons per week,
• daily work with horses
• opportunity to earn monetary compensation at farm and shows
