Monte Orada is a spiritual, ecological events & retreat center nestled in the heart of a nature sanctuary in the woods of Odemira, Alentejo.
Set amongst 71 hectares of nearly untouched land and wildlife and only 15 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal, it makes the perfect getaway for nature lovers and those who seek tranquility, connection and transformation.

About the work exchange& volunteer program

Responsible, committed, proactive with initiative and community spirit persons are needed to join Orada from March to November each year as volunteer helpers.

Various jobs ara available through the season, mainly in the organic garden.

People with yoga teaching experience, cooking experience, building experience are also welcome to apply.
