This is your chance to volunteer at a fun, international language camp in Switzerland – full of laughs, learning, and lifelong memories.

About the free volunteer program

Volunteering at friLingue means you’ll be part of a lively team helping to run one of their popular language camps for kids and teens. These camps bring together young people from Switzerland and across the globe – and as a volunteer, you’ll be right at the heart of the action. Expect good vibes, cool excursions, and loads of cultural exchange.

You’ll pitch in with kitchen and cleaning duties, and help out during activities and trips. It’s not just work though – you’ll have time to chill, explore, and even show off your talents. Got a flair for music, art or drama? Awesome! Lead a workshop or put on a little performance by the campfire.

Responsibilites

• Kitchen Helper – Assist the chef with meal prep, help serve food, and keep things tidy afterward (don’t worry, there’s a dishwasher!).
• Housekeeping Hero – Help keep common areas, classrooms, and bathrooms clean and comfy for everyone.
• Activity Support – Join in on excursions, games, and evening fun. Bring your energy, creativity, and whatever makes you… you.

Work is spread throughout the day – usually around 4 to 6 hours total, with a day off each week. It’s not 6 hours straight, more like bits here and there: a little after breakfast, some after lunch, and a bit after dinner. You’ll have plenty of time to explore Switzerland or just hang out with your new friends.
