About the work exchange program

Coloso Del Mar sits in the midst of a tropical garden directly on one of the most outstanding black sand beaches in the world. the resort is located about forty minutes by boat from Golfito and fifty minutes by air from San Jose. It’s a little more than one hour north of the border with Panama.

Coloso Del Mar is looking at possibly having someone live on the resort and be an onsite manager. Perfect for couple looking to live on beach (near surfing and good fishing) and learn hospitality business. Helpful if you have some experience in bar, restaurant or small hotel business.
