The village of Drumnadrochit is a must on every Highland itinerary, with Urquhart Castle, the famous five star Loch Ness Exhibition, great gift shops, boat tours, lots of opportunities for Nessie-spotting by the loch, numerous eateries, and of course a huge array of walking opportunities. It’s the perfect place to while away your day. Drumnadrochit is the perfect base from which to explore the whole of the Loch Ness region – it’s half way along the Loch, giving you access to everything the area has to offer.
Patrick and Nikki the owners of this cosy lodge are both experienced travelers who love having volunteers come and stay with them. In exchange for your time, you’ll be the part of the hostel family, with free breakfast and lifelong happy memories guaranteed. 6-week minimum stay is required!
