About the work exchange program
Los Amigos Hostel is always looking for awesome people to join them in their little island paradise and make their guests’ experiences more unforgettable. Los Amigos is all about people. As a volunteer, you will become part of an amazing community. Volunteers get to know the local staff, interact with amazing guests, and immerse themselves in the vibrant island life of Flores.
Positions frequently needed at the hostel are the following:
- bartender,
- waiter,
- receptionist,
- if you teach yoga, salsa or think you’ve got some other skill that could make the hostel just that bit more awesome, feel free to apply too.
- Influencers are also welcome!
You’ll work 6 hour shifts and will have 2 days off per week!
Requirements
- Sociable, positive and energetic personality.
- You are punctual and responsible.
- A minimum 1-month time commitment.
- An intermediate level of Spanish is highly preferred.
