Dharma Garden is a transformational retreat and event center to unite body, mind and soul situated in the southermost part of Portugal close to surf coasts and probably the best beaches you can find in the country. It’s been created on a completely off-the-grid land surrounded by nature which makes it an ideal place to enjoy, explore and transform yourself into a new being.

About the work exchange &volunteer program

Dharma Garden is looking for a Kundalini Yoga Student or newly certified Teacher (official Kundalini Yoga student / teacher only) who is keen on to deepen and expand his/her yoga knowledge.In this volunteer role, you’ll help to support Yoga Meditation and Surf Yoga Retreats that take place, with teaching Kundalini Yoga individually or in small groups up to 5 people.

Additional tasks

• farm work such as weeding
• creating and assisting with community tasks (cooking, cleaning, lighting fires etc.).
• kitchen help

You will need to be available for work  5 days a week 4/5 hours a day. In exchange for your hard work, you will receive full board. Your accommodation would be in a large comfortable tent or refurbished van with privacy. 2 day off guaranteed each week.  The minimum stay is one month, but you are more than welcome to stay for 2 months (September and October).
