About the work exchange program

Kima Surf offers an exciting internship opportunity for active and enthusiastic individuals at their surf camps in Bali or Sri Lanka. Interns start as social hosts, taking part in daily camp life, organizing events, and engaging with guests to create memorable experiences. The program provides a unique chance to learn how a surf camp operates, including aspects of guest relations, event management, and general camp coordination. After the initial phase, interns can take on more responsibilities based on their interests and skills, helping in different areas of camp management. Alongside work experience, the internship gives a true taste of beach life, surf culture, and a vibrant international community. The program lasts a minimum of four months and can be extended up to six months.

Requirements

• Active, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Enjoys working with people and being part of a team.
• Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Interest in surfing and outdoor activities is a plus.
• Minimum commitment of 4 months.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and participate in social events and activities for guests.
• Be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and fun experience.
• Assist the camp team in daily operations and general tasks.
• Take on extra responsibilities based on personal interests and skills.
• Help keep the camp environment safe, clean, and organized.
