About the volunteering & work exchange program

The selection process of the applicants consist of 4 steps, these are the following:

• Step 1: Pass the application screening.
• Step 2: Pass the phone screenings (1-2 rounds).
• Step 3: Pass the video interviews (1-2 rounds).
• Step 4: Pass the hiring committee reviews & get the offer.

Work exchangers are required to commit to a minimum stay of six months.

Your responsibilities

• Helping out in the daily operation of the retreat (welcoming guests, cleaning, preparing food, farming, etc..).
