Living Tree Alliance offers a nature and education-based work experience on its permaculture farm in Moretown, Vermont. While following the natural rhythms of the ecosystem, they teach enrichment program participants how to take actions that augment the landscape and nurture the natural connections between plants, soil, water, animals and people.Farm field trips and onsite garden development that teach skills for a resilient community, and serve as an answer to the global climate crisis are also available year around for farm guests.
About the work exchange & volunteering program
Living Tree Alliance offerswork exchange for 3-8 week stays at Living Tree, with camping. Work on the farm and with event preparation 20-30 hours per week in exchange for rustic housing and meals on the days you work.
Contribute toward growing food for the food shelf and local community and learn homesteading skills.
