About the work exchange program
You will be part of a community of international people, each one bringing their gifts and contributing to the flavor, diversity and uniqueness of Møn Retreat Center. The work exchange experience is based on the idea of mutual help and collaboration, so there’s no monetary exchange involved. This also guarantees that the relationship remains a cultural exchange, without the constraints of a work contract.
Your daily tasks may include
- Hospitality services
- Helping prepare food
- Serving food to guests
- Dish washing
- Cleaning rooms, toilets and common areas and other housekeeping tasks, etc.
- Renovation and maintenance
- Gardening
- Community work, etc.
This work exchange program is for those people who wish to blend in with the international community of the retreat center. You will be asked to complete 5 hours of service per day during 5 days per week (2 days free).
