Volunteer at Sweden’s Ängsbacka community, live in harmony and grow together

Free volunteer program in Sweden, work exchange

Nestled in the lush forests of Värmland, Sweden, Ängsbacka is a vibrant course and festival center dedicated to personal growth, human connection, and sustainable living. Here, days are filled with yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, tantra, and countless opportunities to explore life from the heart. Their volunteer program opens the door for you to become part of the magic where you can work, learn, and grow alongside an inspiring international community. If you’re ready for a life-changing experience, this is where your journey begins

About the free volunteer program

Volunteering at Ängsbacka is an immersive, community-centered experience. Whether you’re joining as a Summer Volunteer, part of the Working Community, or through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC), you’ll contribute to a not-for-profit space fueled by connection, service, and growth. Volunteers help create and sustain the vibrant festivals and retreats (like the globally renowned No Mind Festival and Tantra Festival) that bring people together in transformation and celebration.

As a volunteer, you’ll live and work in alignment with Ängsbacka’s values, drug- and alcohol-free environment, vegetarian meals (with vegan and gluten-free options), and practices like working meditation and sharing circles that nurture authentic connection and presence.
