About the Program
Mapatagonia is looking for happy, energetic, and motivated volunteers to assist with reception duties. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy interacting with people from all over the world and want to immerse themselves in the hospitality industry. Volunteers should have a good level of Spanish and English to effectively communicate with guests and provide information about local attractions and activities.
Your responsibilities
- Handling check-ins and check-outs.
- Receiving payments and assisting with reservations.
- Providing guests with information about available tours and local activities.
- Helping maintain the cleanliness of the hostel.
- Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Friendly, responsible, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to commit to a minimum stay of three weeks.
- Willingness to work 32 hours per week, over four days (schedule varies based on availability).
