Your responsibilities

Volunteers help with a wide range of tasks that keep the camp clean, organized, and welcoming. Here are the most common jobs you’d be helping with:

• Supporting camp logistics, like arrivals/departures or event preparation.

• Helping with recycling and sustainability practices.

The work is usually around 25 hours per week from early May until the end of September, with plenty of free time to enjoy the beach and surf.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A positive, team-player attitude.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and living in a communal, outdoor setup.
• Interest in vegan living, sustainability, or surfing is a plus (but not required).
• No previous experience needed—just motivation and a smile.
