A sustainable coastal farm for nearly sixty years, Wolfe’s Neck Center is home to an oceanfront campground, leading demonstration farm, and educational resource center for innovative practices in regenerative agriculture. This working saltwater farm includes hundreds of acres of forest, saltwater marsh, pasture lands, over four miles of Casco Bay coastline and an award-winning oceanfront campground.
Wolfe’s Neck Center’s educational programs include a summer day camp, Organic Dairy Farmer Research & Training Program, field trips, Farm School and a Teen Ag Program. It hosts annual barn dances and farm festivals as well as growing vegetables and pasture-raised chickens and lamb for the local community.
Open free to the public year-round, the Center encourages visitors to explore its miles of hiking trails, meet the animals in the barn, explore the organic gardens and enjoy the open space. 

Abot the work-camper program

Wolfe’s Neck Center’s campground hires helpers seasonally, including staff for office, farm, and maintenance crew.  All campground positions require night and weekend availability, and work hours may vary each week based on capacity and inclement weather.  Campground positions are open to work-camper arrangements in exchange for partial/full campsite rental.

Avaliable positions

• Campground Office/Store Customer Service Representatives: Cheerful, friendly people with extensive customer service skills to welcome and provide superior service to our campers.
• Farm Café – Food Preparation/Service : Outgoing, friendly people with a positive attitude and great customer service skills. Experience in food service and prep preferred.
• Facilities & Campsite Cleaning and Maintenance: An independent, positive worker to maintain the shower/bath houses, out houses, cabins and campsites. Should enjoy working outdoors and having cheerful interactions with campers.
• Campground Security: Individual to ensure campground safety. This position requires strong communication skills, good judgement, patience and an ability to deal calmly and appropriately with any difficulties that may arise.
