Global Tribe Campsite is a peaceful nature retreat located just 10 kilometers from Doñana National Park in Andalusia. This eco-friendly space offers an alternative camping experience, yoga classes, dance lessons, and organic vegetarian meals. As part of its mission to promote sustainability and community living, Global Tribe Campsite offers volunteer opportunities for those who want to contribute to its daily operations while learning about biodynamic farming and eco-conscious living.

About the free volunteer program

Volunteers play a key role in maintaining and growing the ecovillage. Whether it’s welcoming guests, helping in the biodynamic garden, assisting with maintenance, or leading workshops, every participant contributes to creating a sustainable and inspiring environment. Volunteers work five hours a day, five days a week, and help prepare one meal outside working hours. The minimum stay required is three months, ensuring full integration into the community and smooth operation of the retreat.

The minimum stay required is 3 months; every new Tribe member needs at least a week or two to be properly introduced to everything and get familiar with how things work. Bring your summer clothes, swimwear, reusable water bottle, hat, bug spray and sunscreen. Winter clothes for winter months.

Your responsibilities

Depending on your daily tasks, you could be involved in the following areas:

• Guest Relations: Welcoming guests, managing check-ins/outs, and handling online bookings.
• Community Manager: Organizing activities and creating a welcoming environment.
• Workshop Leader: Teaching yoga, meditation, arts, or other creative skills.
• Maintenance & Construction: Helping with repairs, building projects, and general upkeep.
• Marketing & PR: Managing social media, promotions, and content creation.
• Biodynamic Gardening: Growing organic food, preparing natural fertilizers, and maintaining the vegetable garden.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 24 years old.
• Commitment to a three-month stay.
• Respect for nature and a sustainable lifestyle.
• Willingness to engage in various tasks depending on the community’s needs.
• Open-minded and adaptable attitude.
• A refundable deposit of 50€ upon arrival (returned after full stay completion).

• Accommodation in the shared Shanti Shala space.
• Three organic, vegetarian meals per day.
• Access to clean running water, Wi-Fi, indoor & outdoor showers.
• A swimming pool (seasonal).
