Casa Om Potomac is a boutique yoga retreat centre on 63 picturesque acres 60 miles from Dulles Airport and 90 miles from DC & Baltimore. It’s a beautiful and peaceful place, full of good energy as well as people looking to advance their health, yoga practice, and personal goals.  The Yoga studio’s incredible view of the Potomac river is stunning. This place is recomended to everyone who wants to practice yoga with very knowledgeable teachers – all in a spectacular and friendly environment.

Work exchange program

Your help will be needed in the following areas:

• Help in the kitchen
• Help building pathways in the forest
• Stone work
• Art and Painting
• Teaching Yoga Classes
• Help cleaning while guests are here
• Gardening or potentially farming

Work exchangers get access to yoga, housing, food and possibly a stipend.
