Restore yourself with this awesome work exchange opportunity in New Zealand
Program details
Restore Balance Retreat was set up in support of restoring balance to society, providing tools and education to enable individuals to live a lifestyle that allows them to discover their fullest potential. The retreat is across the road from the mighty Motueka Valley River with over 3 hectares of native forest with endless bird song making this an ideal place for the body to heal and restore balance.
Restore Balance Retreat runs Retreats and Events throughout the year, provides accommodation and has weekly yoga schedules for those staying on the property and the local community. There are also extensive fruit trees and vegetable gardens that provide guests with nutritious healthy organic meals. In addition, the gardens on the premises provide plenty of space for walks and an immersion in nature to support a relaxing stay. Check out our Work Exchange program which offers opportunities to learn and work at the same time, providing more cost-effective options for Retreat participants.
