The Phoenix Hostel & Cultural Center is a vibrant cultural center that curates and hosts artists from all over the world. It’s the only accredited hostel in Arizona, and have won numerous awards for the unique programs, cultural events, and style.
The Phoenix Hostel & Cultural Center is conveniently located in downtown Phoenix, in the trendy Roosevelt Row Arts District, and only 1 km from the lightrail. The center is within walking distance to public transport, lightrail, sports arenas, concert venues, galleries, museums, bars, clubs, and cafes.
An unique work-exchange program for students, young people, and travelers is available to stay in Phoenix for an extended period while also volunteering at the hostel.
Volunteers are needed who are social with the international guests, interested in exploring Phoenix and the desert, and most importantly hard-working cleaners. All volunteers work 25 hours per week on cleaning shifts, some reception duties, yard work, and helping to organize guest activities & cultural events.
In exchange, volunteers get free private staff accommodations, access to our kitchen, free wifi, free laundry, and use of a shared bicycle.
