Billabong Retreat is only a short drive from Sydney but feels a million miles away. This very unique thirty-bed eco yoga retreat offers amazing organic whole food cuisine, an incredible nature setting, stunning resort style swimming pool and transformative yoga retreats along with health, mindfulness and meditation retreats.

Work stay opportunity at Billabong Retreat

Billabong offers free organic meals, free yoga & meditation classes and the opportunity to work in one of the most stunning nature locations but is still only 10 minutes away from towns and shops and only 45 minutes from Sydney Harbour Bridge.

You can stay for free for a minimum of four-weeks in exchange for 5 hours work per day helping out in the kitchen, washing up, setting up yoga room and tidying of lounge areas and also sometimes doing gardening or painting work. You are provided with a cute caravan accommodation with its own private deck and toilet and all meals, drinks and snacks and access to the yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes when not working.

You will receive

• accommodation (private covered caravan with balcony overlooking Billabong and own toilet)
• use of staff house with shower, full kitchen, lounge and WIFI right next to caravan
• use of washing machine
• 3 meals per day + snacks
• the opportunity to attend one yoga class, one wellness workshop every day
• able to attend evening meditations
• collection from the nearest station

A $250 deposit is required to reserve your dates as a volunteer. This is returned after your volunteer dates have been successfully carried out and the caravan is to be cleaned before departure. Please note if you change or cancel your volunteer dates with less than 4 weeks notice or leave early then you will loose your deposit.
