Program details

Yoga work exchange for instructors in Costa RicaThe Yoga Farm Costa Rica is a rustic yoga center and sustainable living project located on Costa Rica’s southernmost Pacific coast. The farm was built in a beautiful tropical rainforest overlooking open ocean.
It’s ideally located for those looking to reconnect with mind, body, and nature. This particular region of Costa Rica is regarded as one of the most biologically diverse places in the world and guests can expect to see an abundance of wildlife during their stay.

About the work exchange yoga instructor program

There is a full-time work trade opportunity to resident yoga instructors in each month on the farm. In exchange for 6 classes a week, they provide a large private room and three healthy meals a day. Instructors are encouraged to offer private lessons or bodywork to guests and volunteers.

Yoga instructors won’t be asked for a percentage, only that the price of services is affordable. There are a lot of applications to teach at the Yoga Farm, so if you don’t hear back from the host, don’t hesitate to apply again the following season and keep them informed of your interest in teaching there.
