The Resort hostel is a concept hostel located in Mikhmoret Israel designed by the Spanish contemporary artist Isabel Canas Montes. Mikmoret is a surfer’s village, right in the center of Israel, surrounded by the beautiful Hasharon state park from one side and probably Israel’s most beautiful beach from the other. It’s a surfer and kite-surfer paradise.

Volunteering at the Resort hostel is a lot of fun. Bars, discotheques, restaurants, beach parties and nature parties, BBQ’s, poker tournaments, movie nights, bonfires on the bea – countless activities are available for spending your free time.

Volunteer requirements

• Ages 18- 35
• 4 week commitment, deposit is required to guarantee this commitment
• High level of independence and flexibility
• Good level of English
• Full travel & medical insurance
• Advantage: Driving license (can drive manual cars)

Responsibilities

Taking care of the rooms –  cleaning and house keeping.

Work is estimated to about 4 – 6 hours a day, 6 days a week .

Accommodation

Volunteers will have a free bed in the dormitories. Stay includes free use of hostel amenities: free WiFi, computer station, bicycles, surfing boards and fully equipped kitchen. The hostel is 3 minutes walk to a supermarket with big variety and comfortable prices.
